Therapy Management, Inc. is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for Hazel Findlay in St. Johns, a skilled nursing therapy program where collaboration, ethical care, and clinician support truly come first.

You’ll work alongside PTs, OTs, COTAs, and SLPs to provide goal-driven treatment, ensure accurate documentation, and help residents achieve meaningful progress. A sign-on bonus and solid benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must hold PTA licensure.
• SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under PT supervision.
