Job summary

Community Counseling Center (CCC) seeks a PSR Aide to support clients in psychosocial rehabilitation programs across multiple counties. You will assist PSR staff with activities, coordinate transporting clients, and perform clerical tasks as needed, under supervision.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with a schedule that includes weekdays 8:00am–4:30pm, one weekly evening shift, and rotating Saturdays. A valid MO Class E license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED/HSE required or equivalent.
• MO Class E (D for IL) driver’s license and proof of auto insurance by start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide protective oversight of clients.
• Ensure the safety and welfare of the clients according to policies and procedures.
• Assist and guide clients in PSR tasks, e.g. cleaning, cooking, group activities.
• Assist in crisis intervention when needed.
• Provide support to PSR Specialist and Manager.
• Transport to and from PSR for eligible members; assist boarding/exiting the van.
• Report van problems and keep maintenance records.
• Maintain records for the number of clients transported.
• Provide non-routine transportation services as assigned.
• Document according to clinical policies and procedures (DMH, CARF, etc.).
