Basic Function:

Under the immediate supervision of a Senior Programmer Analyst, Technical Manager, Director of Applications Development or other project leaders, works to design and implement new or enhanced computer systems; evaluate and modify existing systems. Writes programming code to meet the information system needs of end users, using the appropriate technology and programming languages.

Education/Training: Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
