The Operations Officer II is responsible for the day ‑ to ‑ day execution of branch operations and serves as a key resource for deposit services. This role ensures deposit activity is delivered accurately, on time, and in compliance with Bank standards, while actively supporting clients in selecting, implementing, and using deposit products. The role operates in a primarily digital servicing environment, with most client interactions conducted through online and phone channels, and limited in ‑ person engagement.
