Soliant Health is seeking a highly dependable and experienced Production Staff Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity at a specialty compounding pharmacy in the Chester County, Pennsylvania area. This unique pharmacy specializes in bespoke pharmaceutical preparations custom compounds tailored to meet individual patient needs and is seeking a pharmacist who can help drive efficiency, compliance, and high-quality production on the evening shift.

Assignment Details

• Location: Chester County, PA
• Term: 13-week contract with potential for permanent hire
• Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• Rotating Weekend: Must be available for either Saturday or Sunday on a recurring basis
• Setting: Specialty compounding pharmacy (production-focused environment)
  
  

Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and organize all manufacturing and production workflows
• Verify availability of raw materials, packaging supplies, filters, and equipment
• Execute weekly/monthly production schedules in alignment with the Production Manager
• Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and fully operational
• Prepare daily operational and batch records
  
  

Compliance

• Enforce and monitor cGMP guidelines during all production activities
• Support and implement standard operating procedures, production plans, and compliance programs
• Ensure that manufacturing activities align with internal policies and regulatory expectations
  
  

Training & Leadership:

• Supervise and guide production personnel
• Participate in onboarding and continuous training of staff to uphold quality and safety standards
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a pharmacist, with background in compounding (non-sterile or sterile) required
• Strong understanding of cGMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing workflows
• Prior experience working in production-based pharmacy operations is highly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• Proven reliability and commitment to consistent attendance is essential
