Job summary

Healthcare Linen Services Group in Rochester, MN is seeking a reliable Production Janitor to maintain cleanliness of the plant and assist with painting projects. This full-time, hourly role is based at our Rochester facility and split between cleaning duties and painting tasks to support facility upkeep and appearance.

You will perform routine cleaning, use cleaning equipment safely, prep and apply paint, and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial or painting experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of production areas, including floors, walls, and common spaces.
• Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Assist with interior painting projects, including prep work (masking, sanding, patching) and painting.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Dispose of waste and recycling materials properly.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
