Job summary

Green Meadows in Massachusetts is seeking a Production Associate to support our RollPro pre-roll team and help produce high-quality cannabis products. You will follow SOPs, wear PPE, maintain clean workstations, and collaborate with the production group in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year in the cannabis industry, experience with the RollPro machine, and the ability to identify mold or quality issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the cannabis industry.
• Experience with Blackbird RollPro machine.
• Ability to identify issues with cannabis plant material.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Blackbird RollPro machine to help produce pre-rolls.
• Package incoming material and label products for distribution or retail.
• Weigh, seal and package cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and uphold SOPs and PPE requirements.
• Support production team to ensure high quality pre-rolls and identify quality issues.

Job description

• Work with our RollPro pre-roll team to ensure quality of products
• Support the production team in producing high quality pre-rolls
• Adhere to all GMF (Green Meadows Farm) SOPs (Standard Operating Procedure) and Compliance regulations including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Maintain cleanliness of work area including periodic deep cleans of department.
• Maintain an organized workspace and be aware of all batches/strains being worked on
• Packaging incoming sourced material ensuring products are accurately packaged, labeled and prepared for distribution or retail.
• Weighing, sealing and packaging cannabis products like flower, edibles, and concentrates
• Support the production team in producing high quality pre-rolls
• Can identify mold and plant health issues.
• Maintain standard of quality per product type and be subject to product quality inspections.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience:

• A minimum of one year of experience in the cannabis industry
• Prior experience with Blackbird RollPro machine
• Prior experience with cannabis products including the ability to be able to identify issues with plant material

Hours & Conditions

Must be available to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Adapt schedule to work alongside the changing demands.

• Authorization to work in the United States, or the ability to obtain the same.
• Must obtain a State Agent Card.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
• Must pass all required background checks.
