Kimberton Whole Foods is seeking a full-time Produce Team Member in Collegeville, PA. Schedule Tue-Sat with varied shifts, must be 18+, starting pay $17.00–$19.00 hourly. Includes extensive benefits and a strong focus on produce quality and customer service.

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing on received/sold products.
• Complete sanitation standards within the produce department.
• Maintain up-to-date product signage and dynamic displays.
• Perform produce inventory management practices.

Kimberton Whole Foods is seeking a full-time Produce Team Member. Come join the Collegeville crew!

Requirements

Full-time, 40 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday set schedule. Mix of opening, midday, and closing shifts. Shifts are within a 6:30am-8:30pm timeframe.

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Starting Hourly Pay: $17.00 - $19.00

The Produce Team Member's Primary Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all.
• Receive and stock all incoming fresh produce and related items.
• Rotate fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis.

• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensures accurate pricing on products received and sold

• Follow established practices for sustaining abundant, dynamic, and fresh displays
• Perform KWF inventory management practices.

Requirements

Physical Capabilities

• Full sense range (vision, hearing and sense of smell) - the ability to read product labels, distinguish color & smell for quality control as well as the ability to communicate with the customers and co-workers.
• Lifting, gripping and carrying objects - up to 50-75 pounds frequently, including boxes, cans, tools and other products.
• Stooping, squatting, & kneeling - stoop and maneuver to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
• Walking - short distances to bring items from miscellaneous areas.
• Standing- prolonged standing.
• Work environment - movement based with the majority of time being in motion (walking & standing) rather that sedentary (sitting).
• Climate - ability to work in cold environments (cooler, Freezer, back stock area) and handle cold products for extended periods of time on a regular basis.
