Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN Nursing License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience with quadriplegic care and private duty nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop ongoing care plans.
• Provide bowel and bladder care as part of daily private duty nursing.
• Deliver complex, one-on-one nursing with compassionate, meticulous attention.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted Arizona RN Nursing License
• Current CPR certification
• Current TB test
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen
• Reliable transportation, valid Arizona Driver's License, and current auto insurance
• Experience with quadriplegic care, including:
• Patient assessments
• Bowel and bladder care
• Complex/private duty nursing needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to complete timely and accurate documentation
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional one-on-one patient care
