Job summary

Qualifications

• MD or DO with accredited residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with an active or eligible North Carolina medical license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient visits for adults and children in outpatient settings.
• Document encounters in the electronic health record.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; prescribe medications; develop evidence-based care plans.
• Coordinate referrals to specialty care and support continuity across primary and urgent care.
• Engage in teaching activities and contribute to process improvement and practice development.
