Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Primary Care Physician to provide episodic, preventive, and acute care in our Colorado Springs Health Center. You’ll care for employees and dependents ages 6 months and older, with a standard 40-hour workweek (Mon-Fri, 8a-5p).

You will perform histories and physicals, manage medications, develop treatment plans, coordinate referrals, and maintain EMR records. Strong licensing, board certification, CPR, and post-residency experience are required.

Formación

  • Must hold all state licenses to practice
  • Current board certificate (ABMS, AMA or AOA)
  • Medical degree and active CPR certifications required
  • Minimum three years post-residency clinical experience
  • Experience in a primary care, urgent care or ER setting helpful

Responsabilidades

  • Provide episodic, preventive, and acute care to patients
  • May provide occupational health services such as physicals and surveillance exams
  • Conduct histories and physical exams and prescribe medications
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients
  • Provide referrals to internal or external medical resources
  • Evaluate effectiveness of care and monitor progress
  • Identify emergency situations and act within scope of practice
  • Contribute to annual health center goals and maintain medical records
  • May administer health programs and support coverage in Medical Leader's absence
