Job summary

MaxHealth, a Florida-based primary care group, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner or PA with internal medicine experience. Under Attending Physician direction, you will evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients in a team-based, value-driven care model.

Monday through Friday schedule with potential for after-hours if desired. Candidates should hold an active Florida license, BLS and ACLS, and have experience with EMR/EHR.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Active Florida license is required.
• EMR/EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, initiate therapy, and monitor patients under Attending Physician guidance.
• Provide evaluation, management, and treatment for patients in a primary care/internal medicine setting.
• Follow established treatment protocols and coordinate care within a team-based model.
