Job summary

Requirements include Florida licensure, DEA registration, CPR, and 2+ years in primary care;

Qualifications

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensed in Florida.
• Current DEA registration and CPR certification.
• 2+ years of clinical experience in primary care or related settings.
• Experience treating patients of all ages, including children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver wellness and preventive physical exams.
• Provide acute care for minor illness and injuries.
• Manage chronic diseases with longitudinal care.
• Perform minor procedures (suturing, splinting, incision/drainage).
• Offer lifestyle and well-being counseling.
• Manage behavioral health conditions clinically.
• Provide telemedicine services.
• Provide clinical leadership of worksite staff.
• Collaborate with a certified medical assistant.
