CCS is a growing company, looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join the team. We are looking for a full-time pressure washing/dryer vent crew lead willing to go above and beyond and grow with us at our Charlotte NC branch. Experience is preferred. CCS offers matching 401k, health/dental insurance, and paid time off. CCS requires each employee be able to travel, as needed, to different cities to complete jobs. CCS also requires a clean driving record and valid driver's license. Must be able to carry 50 lbs., work off of ladders, and work well with others.

Responsibilities
-Learn to operate all pressure wash and dryer vent cleaning equipment in a safe manner.
-Follow safety standards and equipment guidelines.
-Maintain a professional image.
-Communicate with other employees and managers.
-Be able to arrive to the warehouse on time and stay until jobs are finished.
-Comply with all reporting requirements.
-Attend and complete all training requirements.
-Lead teams daily to complete jobs.
