You will teach preschool-aged children with an emphasis on emotional intelligence, independence, and a strong classroom routine, ensuring consistent coverage and a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in early childhood education, with preschool-age children preferred.
• Two co-teachers in every classroom provide shared ownership and voice.
• Full-time availability is required.

Responsabilités

• Teach alongside an equal partner in a two-teacher classroom.
• Plan and implement curriculum that supports emotional intelligence and independence.
• Maintain a consistent 40-hour schedule with planning time built into the paid workweek.
