Longwood Collective, Inc. in Boston is seeking a Full-Time Preschool Teacher to nurture young children and create a warm, safe learning environment. You will plan activities and support children's development, guiding curious minds with patience and care.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). You’ll work a rotating schedule with shifts across mornings and afternoons, fostering strong relationships with families and staff.

Competenze

• At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Experience in child care, daycare, or preschool settings.
• Ability to lift at least 35 lbs and supervise children at all times.

Mansioni

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities for preschoolers aged 2.9–4 years.
• Work rotating shifts: Tue/Thu 7 AM–3 PM, Mon/Wed 10 AM–6 PM, one rotating Friday per week.
• Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment supporting development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
