Longwood Medical Area Child Care Center in Boston, MA is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Teacher to support early childhood education. You will learn directly from experienced teachers while fostering growth and meaningful connections with children and families.

The role offers a 10:00–18:00 schedule in a warm, supportive environment, with opportunities to contribute to children’s development and to grow within the center.

Formación

• At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience working with children.

Responsabilidades

• Gain hands-on, positive experience by learning directly from teachers.
• Support two age-group classrooms with 12- to 18-months cohorts and care for children.
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, safe environment for young children.
• Engage in play and daily activities to support development and social growth.
