• Previous 1 year of prep cooking experience required.
• Previous food safety, knife skills, HACCP, and recipe adherence experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities and recipes.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and serves customers efficiently.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, logs and reports as required.
