Bon Appetit is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at NBCUniversal in Universal City, CA. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM. Previous food prep experience and a valid Food Handler's card are required. Pay ranges from $26.25 to $27.25 per hour.

Internal referral bonus available. Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Applies HACCP guidelines and maintains production records.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food following production sheets and recipes.
• Operates and cleans department equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders and serves customers at multiple stations.
