Responsibilities

• Obtains daily production schedule and prep requirements from Chef.
• Prepares items on production sheets following quantities/recipes.
• Completes daily production worksheets and waste logs; tastes meals for quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels, and dates all food items; follows HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation, reports, logs.
• Follows federal/state/local health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short prep time.
• Serves customers efficiently and friendly.
• Completes orders from steam tables and grills and serves at multiple stations.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards for quality and portions.
• Resolves customer concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
