Job summary

Compass Group USA, Eurest, is hiring for a full-time Prep Cook at American Airlines’ terminal in Chicago. Open availability is required with shifts starting as early as 6:00 am or as late as 2:00 pm and work every day of the week, including weekends.

You will prepare food to production schedules, follow recipes, maintain HACCP standards, operate and clean equipment, and serve customers efficiently while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Basic food prep and handling skills.
• Ability to follow recipes and production schedules.
• Willingness to work early mornings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Taste and ensure quality of prepared meals.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after use.
• Store, label and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Take orders from customers and serve at multiple stations.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards and complete required documentation.
