Flik Hospitality Group in Frederick, MD is hiring immediately for a full-time Prep Cook.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Location: Kite Pharma facility, 9021 Bennett Creek Blvd, Frederick, MD 21704. Previous prep cooking experience required; pay range $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Online applications accepted only.

Qualifications

• Previous prep cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy. Follows HACCP guidelines.
• Takes orders from customer and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
