Job summary

Zirc Dental Products in Buffalo, MN is seeking a full-time Assembler to accurately assemble, imprint, and package dental products in a controlled environment. You'll follow established work orders, ensure quality, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace.

The position starts at $17.00 per hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, and includes benefits such as employer-paid health coverage, IRA matching, PTO, and volunteer time. Prior assembly experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend instructions and follow procedures to assemble products
• Recognize nonconforming products and prevent nonconformities
• Use scales and measurement devices for precision
• Understand product location in warehouse and may need ladders
• Package finished products and barcode boxes
• Complete required paperwork accurately
• Maintain clean, orderly work area
• Train others as assigned

Responsibilities

• Assemble, imprint, and package products in a climate-controlled environment
• Accurately imprint products using a manual imprinting machine
• Ensure quality according to defined standards and documented processes
• Maintain documentation and paperwork
• Assist in training others and support team tasks
• Serve in other duties as assigned
