What You Will Do:

  • Prepare patients for surgery in the pre-op unit, ensuring they are informed, comfortable, and ready for their procedures.

  • Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a seamless flow of care throughout the patient's experience.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and follow all safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of care.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:

  • A valid RN license in the state of Texas.
  • Previous experience in pre-op or PACU nursing, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to reassure and educate patients during stressful moments.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care with a focus on safety and recovery.
