Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher in creating and delivering a fun and educational curriculum.
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
• Support students in their daily activities, including circle time, outdoor play, arts and crafts, and snack time.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support the individual needs of each child.
• Assess and track the progress of each child, providing regular updates to parents and center management.
• Promote positive behavior and social skills through positive reinforcement and guidance.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with pre-k aged children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, nurturing, and enthusiastic attitude towards teaching and working with young children.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
