• Physical capability to walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 pounds in farm settings.

Responsibilities

• Monitor flock health and growth; adjust water and feed lines as needed.
• Set up barns for new flocks and maintain daily records of mortality and water usage.
• Maintain barn climate, clean fans, and ensure clean feed bin pads for optimal conditions.
• Perform daily mortality handling, sanitation, and biosecurity tasks.
• Handle minor repairs with basic tools and keep work areas tidy.
