TeamHealth seeks a quality-driven nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our post-acute care team in Murphy, North Carolina. This full-time role offers autonomy, excellent training, and strong earning potential with no cap on productivity income.

You will work five days per week rounding in skilled nursing facilities and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Onboarding includes a 3-month program, mentorship, and leadership opportunities within

Qualifications

• NP or PA license (North Carolina) and DEA.
• New grads welcome to apply.
• Experience in post-acute, acute, ED, or clinic settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records in compliance with regulations.
