Monarch Investment is seeking a full-time Porter (Grounds and Interior Cleaning) to join our team in Waite Park / St. Cloud , Minnesota area. We offer full benefits, quarterly bonuses, 2 weeks paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.

The Porter is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property grounds, janitorial needs in common areas, cleaning vacant apartments, and snow removal when needed. We are willing to train the right person, with opportunities for growth!
