Qualifications

• Current and active California LVN license.
• Minimum 2 years of Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures safely.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Document resident care and clinical observations accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and team members for positive outcomes.
• Ensure resident comfort, dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.
