Job summary

Think FE is looking for a full-time Technical Skills Coach specializing in Plumbing and Gas. This position involves mentoring and assessing apprentices, ensuring their success throughout their training journey. The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience and relevant qualifications, including Level 3 in Plumbing and Heating, as well as gas qualifications. Qualifications

• Ideally hold a Level 3 qualification in Plumbing and Heating.
• Gas qualifications including CCN1 and CENWAT.
• Assessor Award (CAVA/A1) or willingness to work towards one.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and mentoring plumbing and gas apprentices.
• Monitoring learner progress and providing developmental feedback.
• Carrying out assessments and reviews in line with apprenticeship standards.
