Job summary

Pulse Pilates Club in Columbus, NJ is hiring a full-time, on-site Certified Pilates Instructor. You will lead Pilates classes and private sessions, delivering clear instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on corrections as appropriate.

Daily tasks include planning classes, assessing client needs, and maintaining a safe studio environment. Role requires modifying exercises for all levels, building client relationships, supporting retention, and collaborating with the team on programming and events

Qualifications

• Must hold current Pilates certification from a recognized organization.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
• Ability to work a consistent full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare class plans daily.
• Assess client needs and modify exercises for varying abilities.
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on corrections.
• Maintain a safe, clean studio environment.
• Build positive relationships with clients and support membership retention.
• Collaborate with the team on programming and events.
• Stay current with best practices in Pilates and related disciplines.
