Job summary

PeterMD, a national telemedicine clinic specializing in hormone optimization and men's health, is seeking highly experienced, multi-state licensed physicians (MD or DO) to join our remote team. This role focuses on telemedicine consultations, lab evaluations, and individualized treatment plans within our protocol-driven model.

Responsibilities include prescribing therapies, maintaining compliant medical records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (required).
• Active medical licenses in 25+ U.S. states; 15+ states considered.
• Current and unrestricted NPI and DEA registration.
• Active controlled substance licenses in all applicable states.
• Knowledge of male hormone optimization (e.g., TRT).
• Willingness to travel 1–2 times per year for training.

• Conduct telemedicine consultations and ongoing patient management.
• Evaluate lab results and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapies per protocols and regulations.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant medical documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless patient experience.
• Participate in ongoing training, QA reviews, and protocol optimization.

Position Overview

We are seeking highly experienced, multi-state licensed physicians (MD or DO) to join our rapidly growing telemedicine team. This role is ideal for physicians with a strong background in hormone optimization who are comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Requirements

MD or DO degree (required)

Active medical licenses in 25+ U.S. states. We will consider 15+ states.

Current and unrestricted NPI and DEA registration

Active controlled substance licenses in all applicable states

Demonstrated knowledge of male hormone optimization (e.g., TRT, related therapies)

Ability and willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)

Willingness to travel 1-2 times per year to company headquarters for training and clinical review
