Qualifications

• Associate degree from PTA program.

Responsibilities

• Treat residents as directed by the Physical Therapist.
• Complete timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment with infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate resident progress and updates to the supervising Physical Therapist, physicians, nursing staff, and families.
• Educate residents and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
