- Fall prevention technologies, such as Safety Overhead Support (SOS) or Single Overhead Support.

FYZICAL Roanoke, TX is currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to treat along side out PT, a diverse caseload including orthopedic, sports medicine, post-surgical, work comp, balance & fall risk patients.

- Graduated from accredited PTA program.
- You have a current CPR certification.
- You have a previous experience in the outpatient physical therapy setting.

Responsibilities:
- Equip patients with PT intervention techniques/exercises; track progress.
- Provide education to patients on techniques for the continuation of care.
- Communicate changes in the patients status to the PT.
- Measure and track intervention effectiveness.
- Educate the patient on continuing care.
Required Skills:
- Accredited PTA program graduate.
- Up-to-date state PTA license.
- Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
- Graduation from an accredited PTA program and current PTA license in Texas.
- Must be self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
- Prefer at least one year working in outpatient neurological and/or orthopedic center, or previous vestibular rehab experience.
Job Type: Full-time or part-time.
Pay: $25-30 per hour, depending on experience, $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 days.
