Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in York, PA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for a full-time, on-site role with Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends or rotations. Competitive hourly pay of $44-$50 and 40 hours per week.

You will evaluate patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, educate patients and families, document progress, and collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license, or eligibility through the PT Compact
• Current CPR/BLS certification, or ability to obtain before start date
• Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
• A caring, dependable, and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and continued care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow all clinic policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities
