Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (PT) for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pleasanton, CA. The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence, while collaborating with a seasoned rehab team in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current CA License (or eligible to obtain).
• New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities
