Job summary

Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness in Santa Cruz, CA is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist to help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility. You will develop personalized rehabilitation plans and use manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to support recovery.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to empower patients to regain independence and enhance their quality of life through education and guided home exercises.

Qualifications

• DPT or MPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs, adjusting as needed based on progress.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.

About the role

• As a Physical Therapist at Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate healing and enhance mobility. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be essential to provide comprehensive care and support for patients with diverse conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Ultimately, your expertise will empower patients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
