White Blossom Care Center in San Jose, CA seeks a motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in a full-time role. You will evaluate residents, develop individualized plans, and work with PTAs and nursing staff to improve mobility and independence.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited PT program and hold an active California license (or eligibility for new grads). We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, resident-centered environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for new grads.

Mansioni

• Evaluate residents to determine PT needs, mobility, and rehabilitation potential.

• Supervise PTAs and assist in training Restorative Aides.
