Qualifications

• Current, active, and unencumbered Physical Therapist license in New Jersey required.
• Evidence of current satisfactory physical examination and/or freedom from communicable diseases.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and overall quality of life.
• Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Communicate resident progress and recommendations with interdisciplinary team.
