Job summary

Mercy in Waldron, Arkansas is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide objective assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and geriatric patients. Under supervision of Therapy Leadership, you will supervise patients, rehab technicians, and assistants, ensuring care aligns with Mercy Service Standards.

A current PT license, BLS certification, and preferred 6–12 months of rehab experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Possess current state license to practice Physical Therapy.
• Current or temporary license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required and current.
• Six months to one year experience in rehabilitation physical therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform objective assessments and develop individualized PT treatment plans for adults and geriatrics.
• Directly supervise patients and oversee rehabilitation technicians and PT assistants.
• Ensure duties align with Mercy mission, values and Service Standards.

Education

Bachelor, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctorate of Physical Therapy
