Flagship Therapy in Phoenix is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. Compensation ranges from $44 to $50 per hour, based on experience, with a flexible full-time schedule and strong work-life balance.

The position offers a stable clinical environment at Desert Terrace Healthcare Center and opportunities to collaborate with a dedicated team, delivering high-quality care to geriatric patients and those needing post-acute services.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans adhering to standards.
• Deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures as part of rehabilitation plan including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
