Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to Physical Therapists at all experience levels; new grads are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders.
• Deliver rehabilitative treatment interventions to patients.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan.
• Provide consultation and counseling regarding physical disorders.
• Generate comprehensive discharge summaries.
• Open to expand practice to both Inpatient and Outpatient Services.
