Job summary

Sunview Respiratory & Rehabilitation in Youngstown, AZ seeks a full-time Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab program. The PT will screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders, deliver rehabilitative and medically necessary treatments, and develop care plans compliant with standards.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay of $44–$50 based on experience, with a sign-on bonus available to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; development of care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
• Administer procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other providers.
• Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
