Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher in Tampa, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our compassionate team. You will deliver high-quality PT services, evaluate patients, and develop personalized treatment plans to restore function and mobility.

You will collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals, educate patients and families on exercises and self-care, and document outcomes for ongoing care. A DPT and Florida license are required.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current Florida Physical Therapy license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate patients' physical status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct examinations, assessments, and screenings.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on self-care techniques and modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists for comprehensive care.
• Document progress, plans, and outcomes accurately and timely.
