Job summary

Adventist Health Delano seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our staff for an ASAP start. This full-time role involves leading segments of therapy within our multidisciplinary team and focusing on restoring functional abilities for patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT with CA licensure or eligibility, CPR/BLS certification, and a collaborative approach. You will develop personalized treatment plans, document comprehensively, and supervise

Qualifications

• PT licensure in state of practice required
• CPR/BLS certification required
• Two years PT experience preferred
• DPT degree required; license if obtained after Jan 2016 or foreign equivalent

Responsibilities

• Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Provides therapy interventions using established protocols and communicates discharge plans to stakeholders.
• Completes comprehensive clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned therapy assistants.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
