Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Physical Therapist to join Conway Medical Center in Conway, SC. This full-time PT position focuses on assessments, treatment plans, and direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs, document outcomes, and collaborate with rehab teams, contributing to discharge planning and patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Previous experience in rehab setting preferred.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Licenses: Current Physical Therapy license in the state of North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care to restore strength, mobility, and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs.
• Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with rehab teams and participate in discharge planning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
