Flagship Therapy’s Terrace at Mt Ogden in Ogden, UT seeks a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-house therapy team. You will apply evidence-based practices under licensed PT supervision to support rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative treatment to patients with physical functioning disorders under Physical Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures including manual techniques, ambulation, exercises, modalities, and supportive device use under PT supervision.
• Collaborate with supervising PT to assess and adjust treatments according to regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Offer consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
