Job summary

Mt. Ogden Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ogden, UT, is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team. This post-acute care facility provides long-term and short-term services.

The role involves screening, delivering rehabilitative interventions, and preparing discharge summaries while adhering to regulatory standards. Open to new grads; license required; flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Physical Therapist license is required.
• Open to PTs at all experience levels; New Grads are welcome!

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care; develop care plans.
• Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments per clinical standards.
• Regular standing, walking, and occasional lifting/ repositioning of patients and equipment.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan: manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, and wound care.
• Provide consultation to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers regarding physical disorders.
• Generate discharge summaries ensuring regulatory and clinical compliance.
