AccentCare, Inc. in Fort Worth is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our onsite team.

You will work under a licensed Physical Therapist, manage a patient caseload, document care, and participate in interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in Physical Therapy, an active license, CPR certification, and the ability to travel to all locations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• Valid license/registration to practice in state of agency operation.
• Must possess and maintain CPR certification.
• Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.
• Ability to educate patients and families in home safety and medical equipment safety.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care and documents treatment per physician orders and policies.
• Documents interventions, approaches, and treatment priorities.
• Educates and counsels patients during treatment.
• Presents patient information to supervising therapist and team.
• Delivers skilled treatment within agency and payer guidelines.
• Collaborates with team in treatment planning and execution.
• Completes daily notes and required forms in a timely manner.
• Meets productivity standards and attends agency meetings.
