Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a Full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join a split team across Potomac Place (Woodbridge) and Tall Oaks Assisted Living (Reston). You will implement the plan of care, work with interdisciplinary teams, and provide on-site rehabilitation to residents on a two-site basis.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution.
• Active state license required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Screening/certifications/licensure vary by location.

Responsibilities
